Morville Church will not be holding a May Day Festival in 2019. It has been decided to give the event a rest for this year. We would like to thank everyone who helped, sponsored and supported the event last year, and in previous years. We are looking forward to holding the Morville Festival again in the future and in the meantime we hope to provide updates on future Morville Church events on this website.

The May Day Fete is a very special day and fun for all the family. Families will enjoy this annual traditional village festival, which includes a wide array of children's activities such as pony rides, a coconut shy, face painting and a bouncy castle. Morville Primary School children will be performing beautiful dances around their colourful maypole. Children can also take part in a series of games and races, and are welcome to join in Medieval Morville Crowns and Shields competition, open to all children. Stalls will be offering local produce such as jams, cakes, plants, and so much more.
